What are the CFUW scholarships and how much do they award?

The CFUW Belleville & District awards scholarships to local high school graduates going on to college or university, as well as distinguished students of Loyalist College. This year, 15 scholarships valued at over $30,000 were awarded, demonstrating the organization's commitment to supporting education. The scholarship committee interviews more than two dozen candidates annually. The tradition began in 1939 when the first scholarships were $15—now they support significant educational pursuits.
